High Adventure
Ministries began serving in the Middle East in the early 1970s.
Founder George Otis was one of the first evangelical leaders to realize the
significance of Israel's role in the end times, and the importance of the
church's relationship to God's chosen people.
1979 saw the beginning of the
High Adventure Broadcasting Network,
as the "Voice of Hope" radio station was built in Southern Lebanon, to bring
comfort to the Christians of the area who were suffering greatly under the
burden of the warring forces in that country. Before long, the message
of hope was being transmitted around the world on short wave radio.
Coupling high quality radio ministry with humanitarian aid,
High Adventure cooperated with the
Israeli armed forces to reach into the hearts of those ravaged by battles
and terror on both sides of the border.

Under the banner "Sending out the word of the Lord
from Jerusalem", based on Micah 4:2, High
Adventure began education the church worldwide about Israel.

By hand delivering prayers to the Western Wailing
Wall, High Adventure has made a personal contact between many believers and
Jerusalem.

Given a miraculous opening to air Christian
programming into Jerusalem and the surrounding areas, High Adventure now
produces the House of Bread radio broadcast in their studios in Bethlehem on
FM 98.7, six hours per day.

Micah 4:2: And many nations
will come and say, "Come and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord And to
the house of the God of Jacob, That He may teach us about His ways And that
we may walk in His paths." For from Zion will go forth the law, Even the
word of the Lord from Jerusalem.
